Just so you know, accounts aren’t automatically created when you make a booking - you’ll need to set one up separately if you haven’t already.
First things first: Make sure you’re clicking the right option - ‘Login’ if you’ve already created an account, or ‘Set Up’ if you’re starting fresh. It’s a common mix-up, and an easy one to fix.
