Customers are welcome to request changes to their treatment times or choices, subject to live availability and venue discretion. To explore your options, please contact our Customer Services Team as early as possible before your travel date.


Please note: treatment times may be scheduled at any point during your spa experience - including before check-in or after check-out for overnight stays.
