E-Vouchers (i.e. Vouchers for delivery by email will be emailed to the purchaser or recipient (whichever option is selected by the purchaser)
Postal vouchers are sent via standard Royal Mail and are dispatched on the next working day for purchases made Monday to Thursday. Purchases made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Royal Mail 1st Class is currently estimated at 2 to 4 days
Postal vouchers including either a Standard Gift Box, Premium Gift Box, Mini Relaxation Set, Relaxation Gift Set, Relaxing Aromatic Candle or Relaxing Aromatic Diffuser will be sent by Royal Mail and will need to be Signed for at the recepients address. Royal Mail will create a Tracking number to check the delivery status of these items.
