If I wish to cancel my booking can I get a credit note?

While bookings made through Spabreaks.com are generally non-refundable, we work closely with over 500 UK-based spas and hotels, each with their own cancellation policies. Many of our partner venues are happy to offer flexibility - such as rescheduling your travel date or issuing a Credit Note for future use - provided sufficient notice is given.
