How do I book/confirm the treatment times on my booking?

Treatment times will typically appear as To Be Confirmed (TBC) on your booking confirmation. Most venues will follow up by email within 2–3 days to share your full spa itinerary and confirm your treatment schedule.


Please note: Treatment times may be allocated at any stage of your spa experience including before check-in or after check-out for overnight stays. Some venues may only confirm treatment times upon arrival.
